FORT LAUDERDALE - Stellar Concepts today announced the release of their new website, which further strengthened their position in the printing industry as a company dedicated to their clients.

Following extensive research and client input, a new ticketing system and client support section were planned and developed in association with local new media firm Fierce Media.

"Our first goal was to make sure our client satisfaction rate remained at 97% and hopefully with this new website, we'll see that rate rise further," said Vaughan Lazar, co-owner of Stellar Concepts, in a recent interview. "With this new website, we're releasing more information, templates, and other support options for the client and potential clients than ever."

The website also features streamlined functions and a slick new design, accented with reflections and shadows that make the website stand out from other seemingly-flat websites in the print industry. Data grids and tables aligned data in a familiar tabular format many users are used to in spreadsheet and accounting software found virtually in any business or home office.

"Taking what we love from our favorite production and accounting programs, we brought a new level of interactivity and information to the user," said Michael Silva, Creative Director of Fierce Media, who worked hand in hand with Vaughan Lazar to ensure Stellar's current and new clients would not be disappointed.
